Zuwin Properties is a property investment company dedicated to creating beautiful and profitable homes. We have been operating since 2019 and since that time have been investing in property across the UK, with a focus on the North-West of England. We create great places to live and great returns for our investors and clients.
All About Us
Our bread and butter is turning unloved homes in areas with rental demand into stylish, superior co-living homes for students and professionals. We have also completed single buy-to-let properties and flips. We intend to grow our business, with a goal of owning 100 rental units within the next two years, capitalising on the strong growth opportunities available in our market. We currently have a strong pipeline of properties to start development in 2022 and we are offering attractive investment opportunities to fund these projects. We also offer our own expertise to help our clients build their own property portfolios.
